"Ambition is Awesome"
What do you like best about Ambition? I love that it not only helps push you on an individual level but also the rest of your coworkers. The display is clean and pleasing to the eye. Probably the best aspect of Ambition is the song/jingle when you close a deal. It is something that everyone looks forward to and it motivates the whole team.

"Intuitive & easy to use, for both the User and Admin"
What do you like best about Ambition? The UI/UX is spot on with Ambition. When I was first implementing it a few months back, I likened the setup to an 'Apple-esque' experience where the usability is almost second nature and you don't have to learn some whole new set of logic.

What do you like best about Ambition? i LIKE THE WAY THAT AMBITION CREATES A BALLGAME ATMOSPHERE IN OUR OFFICE. IT BRINGS ABOUT A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AMONG FELLOW TEAMMATES TO SET HIGHER GOALS FOR EACH OTHER.

What do you like best about Ambition? Created a system of accountability, made reporting easier and notified me when i set personal records---which was a jedi mindtrick for getting me to work harder. It has noticed more than just the same top performers getting into the sales contests-- it has impacted the whole sales org. What do you like best about Ambition? Real time feedback for our sales force giving guidance to managers on what areas we need to improve upon. Sales is the heart of our company and without Ambition we would need a lot more white boards.

What do you like best about Ambition? Being in a Customer Service role, unlike Sales, I don't have a daily quota that I need to hit. It's all about relationship building. With the competitiveness of Ambition and being measured on every day tasks, it's motivating me to pick up the phone more instead of only sending an email. "Gamification On a next level"
What do you like best about Ambition? I love being able to at a glance compare myself to my co-workers in relevant categories. Head to head competitions are awesome too
