"Measuring Performance with Friendly Competition"

What do you like best about Ambition? Ambition gives visibility to key performance indicators while pushing employees do work harder with the aspect of competition. Not only is it easy to pull figures such as outbound calls or margin percentages, but the fantasy football style competition pushes employees to put in a little extra effort. I cant see why anyone wouldn't use Ambition

What do you like best about Ambition? The collaborative data of sales calls, loads per day, margin per day, and margin percentage are very convenient in checking the day to day progress of accomplishing a long term goal.

"Crush the competition"

What do you like best about Ambition? I like the fact that we can see our sales tracked daily in real time. This leads our sales team to battle day in and day out for an opportunity to crush the competition. I am a part of one of the most aggressive sales forces in the country, and we have doubled in growth for the last few years.

What do you like best about Ambition? I like that Ambition is both engaging and informative. It allows you to gage your access and the success of your peers. After using Ambition for a few months, we've finally found our stride and are able to use all of Ambition's tools to the best of our ability.

"Uniquely motivating and transparent with an intuitive user experience."

What do you like best about Ambition? Ambition allows me to see exactly where my sales performance stands at any point in the day while also providing flexible reports to see overall performance over a period of time. The fantasy football layout provides a fun and competitive environment which allows us to see every member of our team's performance.
