What do you like best about Ambition? Being in a Customer Service role, unlike Sales, I don't have a daily quota that I need to hit. It's all about relationship building. What do you like best about Ambition? I like the fact that we can see our sales tracked daily in real time. This leads our sales team to battle day in and day out for an opportunity to crush the competition. I am a part of one of the most aggressive sales forces in the country, and we have doubled in growth for the last few years.

What do you like best about Ambition? Ambition allows me to see exactly where my sales performance stands at any point in the day while also providing flexible reports to see overall performance over a period of time. The fantasy football layout provides a fun and competitive environment which allows us to see every member of our team's performance. With this insight, we can motivate and focus on areas that need a little more attention.
