"Gamification & Sales Management"
What do you like best about Ambition? Ambition is very flexible and it helps keep you focused on two types of performance- 1) the activities and behaviors that will lead to success and 2) the results/outcomes of those behaviors. We find that the categorization actually helps us provide structure to new sales leaders in a positive way in addition to focusing our sales teams on the two critical aspects of their performance.

What do you like best about Ambition? I like that my sales teams can watch the realtime input from benchmark metrics. This allows me to not only express that activity output directly affects sales outcome but the ability to show them as well.

What do you like best about Ambition? We run a business to business sales department and we have been using Ambition for the past three months. Our reps love it. We do weekly and monthly contests and challenges through Ambition and our reps love when their anthem pops up on the screen and this helps create activity competition between the top reps.
