"SDRs Love Ambition"
What do you like best about Ambition? Increase in competition across the team. Ambition sold us on the platform being a culture platform, not gamification or sales tracking. I have found that to be the case for my team as competition amongst the group has increased in a fun and exciting way. People are more inclined to hit the phones as soon as they get into the office so they can start getting their numbers on the board.

What do you like best about Ambition? I'm a big believer in that goal setting is a big piece to a sales reps success. For goals to be effective they must be set and reviewed frequently. Ambition makes this very easy for reps that may not be good at this by nature.

"My Ambition Experience"
What do you like best about Ambition? I think that it is great that there is a tool that can bring a bit of excitement into day-to-day office life. It is really a team building/engagement experience to hear your partner's music play through the office after a big sales win!

"Love the Gamification"
What do you like best about Ambition? We have it on TV's on the sales floor and it is great to see how you stack up on calls and deals in real time. Also fun to have the triggers go off in the office when you accomplish something worthy.
