"A relatively new, non-sales implementation"
What do you like best about Ambition? Ambition does a great job of providing user-specific data at the click of a button. Their customizable integrations have worked flawlessly thus far and their support team has been phenomenal to work with. Although we are still in the early stages of implementation, there has been a great amount of value add already.

What do you like best about Ambition? The Ambition interface is easy to use and encourages accountability- both individually and as a team. The upsides include having a place to track conversations from 1:1s (with the Check In feature) and a place to track friendly metrics competitions!

"An absolute Game changer!"
What do you like best about Ambition? Ambition has the ability to change the behaviors, drive and motivation of an individual, team or entire sales floor. Being able to monitor results in real time through dashboards and on the TV displays, team leaders can recognize immediately either great performance or, via the analytics tools, who needs support and coaching. The ease at which this data can be utilized makes the ambition more than a tool but rather a necessary map to success.

What do you like best about Ambition? The flexibility of the platform allows you to create competitions leveraging multiple metrics. Historically, gamification tools have fallen short of meeting the reality of a sales floor competition. Ambition has pioneered a solution that actually allows for real-time tracking of real sales competitions, without having to compromise the elements of the competition for the software.
