What do you like best about Ambition? The visualizations are fantastic. They give each manager instant visibility into team performance and each SA visibility into leaderboards.

What do you like best about Ambition? Ambition allows us to hold our reps accountable to the metrics that matter the most. Our business decisions are not made subjectively, and every employee knows where they stand because the metrics are clearly communicated and everyone knows what is expected of them. We also love the competitions that we can create within ambition so everyone is able to participate fairly.

What do you like best about Ambition? I love the accolades and the and the competitions that are provided. The fact that it shows your weekly and monthly goals is incredible. The coaching aspect of Ambition is very helpful- it allows us to work 1 on 1 with our managers and set up an action plan on moving forward. The dashboard allows us to see all of our current goals and how we are tracking for the week/month. The leader boards are also a fantastic thing to have for someone who is ...
