What do you like best about Ambition? The metrics I'm chasing every day keep me hungry for more success when my motivation might have had a lull. I also like seeing how I'm doing in comparison to everyone in the wider company. I ALSO like being able to see how everyone else is doing so I have organic reasons to walk over and congratulate them on their progress.
