What do you like best about Ambition? I like the Anthems the best - when someone on our team accomplishes something we all get to find out together by rocking out to whatever song they choose and I think that's great for morale.

What do you like best about Ambition? The metrics I'm chasing every day keep me hungry for more success when my motivation might have had a lull. I also like seeing how I'm doing in comparison to everyone in the wider company.
