By creating competitions between reps with prizes for the winners, members of our team are always trying to be the top performer and the most engaged with their prospects and clients. What do you like best about Ambition? I like the Anthems the best - when someone on our team accomplishes something we all get to find out together by rocking out to whatever song they choose and I think that's great for morale.
