"Extremely Helpful Efforts tracking"
What do you like best about Ambition? I am in sales and i am a numbers person. Being able to see exactly how many dials/opportunities/and over all talk time i have in a day is extremely helpful in knowing how well i do throughout the day. I love how well the user display is and the interactive updates throughout the day funneled down by my leadership team.

I like the constant updates i get from my manager and team, i use it to track whether i am staying on top of my daily goals, something about the immediate gratification of seeing your number climb as you make calls and log talk time as well as submit EO's. What do you like best about Ambition? The fact that we can all track our progress on a big screen and have friendly competitions around the office makes work a whole nother experience. The fact that we can track individually our progress is a big important tool to better ourselves inside the company.
