Specific to seeing the heads up view when I start my day, I know exactly what I'm going to be doing each day to help me hit my performance goals. Being able to quickyl search for my colleagues is a big plus, because then I can see where they stand and work towards overcoming their progress in any given day. What do you like best about Ambition? 1:1 coaching via the check-ins and having all the metrics readily available when going through reviewing the week. It's a great way of quickly seeing where the issues are and being able to fix them.
