What do you like best about Ambition? I like the ability for the entire team to have insights on activity and how closely the team & individuals are pacing towards the goal. Having it all in one place makes it much easier on me as a manager as well as drive friendly competition amongst my reps to keep them motivated.

"If you love measuring KPI's this software is for you."
What do you like best about Ambition? I like the dashboard and competitions. Specific to seeing the heads up view when I start my day, I know exactly what I'm going to be doing each day to help me hit my performance goals. Being able to quickyl search for my colleagues is a big plus, because then I can see where they stand and work towards overcoming their progress in any given day. It also allows me to track organization Spiffs which is great to help me earn more commission at the ...

"Game changer"
What do you like best about Ambition? We sell as a team and we celebrate as a team, and when we went fully remote in 2020 we relied on our "New Deal" trigger emails and the only time it is appropriate to reply all. They have become a staple in our sales org and now that we are back in the office we are able to enjoy all the anthems that are triggered on the TVs.
