"Ambition is a great business tool"
What do you like best about Ambition? Ambition keeps me on track. I hit refresh several times an hour to see my progress. This tool gives a great visual that tells me when I need to push harder to reach my goals. I enjoy seeing where my team is at for the day.

What do you like best about Ambition? There are a few things I like about Ambition. The first is the user interface. The site is easy to maneuver around to find what you're looking for, and everything is displayed in a way that makes sense. I also like how custom you can make the metrics you track. "Ambition changed for gave for us"
What do you like best about Ambition? With a busy schedule and a high rep: manager ratio I never get to celebrate the teams' wins as often as I want to. Ambition is my sidekick here - celebrating little wins throughout the days makes the job more fun and has done great things for the motivation and competition of my team. Quota is the ultimate goal - but the smalls win every day are the building blocks to get them there and this keeps them on track throughout. Workflow/triggers are 10/10.

"Excitement for Sales Teams"
What do you like best about Ambition? Ambition gets our BDR Team super excited. The slack notifications when meetings are set, the competitions we can create, and overall how easy it is to track performance are the main reasons that Ambition makes my job easier. Also, the coaching aspect is a game changer.

What do you like best about Ambition? My favorite part of ambition is how it allows our team to interact and show their personality through the platform. It creates competition between our team and is a great visual to see where everyone is at.
