Great Tech Support!

Alexandria is a little rough around the edges but for the price it can't be beat. It gives the librarian all of the tools needed to manage the library (along with circ, patrons and items, there are lots of reports and utilities). I've been very happy with tech support- they respond quickly and clearly.

Very satisfied

We have always been very happy with Alexandria, and have had very few problems through the years. Our library was in the first wave of Alexandria users when the company started up in Wisconsin--have never really considered switching since we found them!

So far, so good!

I've had a great experience with Alexandria Automation Software so far. I'm sure that there are features that I haven't yet used, but am confident that as I continue to use the system, I'll be more knowledgeable about the full scope of capabilities. Thanks!

old school

I really would like to have a manual. not everyone learns on the computer. we have a really small school and it takes more time to figure out a lot of the stuff by trial and error or going to your web site. instead of the old way just looking it up in the manual.

Alexandria Library Automation Software

I am still finding out new things. I haven't tried any other library software so I can't compare it. Listening to others who have had different library software this is the one to get.

Review of Alexandria catalog.

Alexandria is easy to use, but could be more user friendly by being able to access multiple items from one home screen versus using drop downs to go to different areas.

This is an easy to use program. The customer service is also awesome! When I call, they are always friendly, and willing to help. If they can't answer the question immediately, they will get back to you very quickly! Love Alexandria!

Mostly very satisfied

Alexandria does almost everything I need it to do* and the tech support staff is always friendly and helpful, although the level of knowledge and experience seems to vary depending on who answers the phone**. *Preformatted reports are helpful timesavers, but sometimes I wish I could format my own to get exactly what I want. **Varying levels of knowledge are to be expected in any group, but sometimes I've know enough about a problem to know I'm getting a wrong or incomplete answer so I call ...
