I was converting to the newest version and they were so helpful both with email responses and on the telephone. They walked me through step by step. We had some problems on our end, and they were able to figure it out and work with our technology person to remedy right away. Would recommend!!

Alexandria Automation is Awesome!

As a user of Alexandria for the past 20 years, I can honestly say that I have had very few problems or frustrations with the software system. I am an extremely busy elementary librarian circulating several hundred books a day. This program is a workhorse and keeps up with this hectic pace. Intuitive Software That Does Everything You Need

The services provided are exactly what are advertised, what else could you ask for? It's quick and easy manage our inventory and it's been a breeze setting up our system and getting our school library running. The customer service is helpful and responsive. I am very pleased with our choice and would definitely look to them again if I was setting up a library elsewhere.

I've been using Alexandria Library Automation Software for almost 15 years. The software is excellent and provides for many different reports that help me oversee our middle and high school libraries. The software has many functions and options to personalize your libraries. The support staff is excellent and has always helped me until my problem was resolved. I totally recommend Alexandria Library!
