Help!

If I have ever had a problem, or needed to contact this company, I have received prompt replies and help! I feel that the support is just as important as the product! I am able to do anything that I need to do with this program and have benefited from having the hosted service, especially with no tech person on site for our school!

New Library with New System

The Support Team has been excellent! There are a few areas that I found cumbersome to get the results I wanted. The Companion Corp. team was been wonderful assisting me through the process. Ultimately I will have a few suggestions that may help make some of the processes more user friendly, if possible to be come a part of the program.

Simple, easy, what's not to like?

We decided to move from onsite library to Alexandria cloud version and migration was quick easy. I didn't have to do anything once the Alexandria tech started to process except sit back and wait. It was over the next day and we were up and running with no downtime since it was done at the end of the previous day. Since then, I've only had to call tech support once and even then it was "user error". I wish all of our enterprise software as a service was so easy!
