Excellent Software, fast service.

We switched to Alexandria a couple of years ago and couldn't be happier with our library software. It's easy to use, has lots of reporting features and makes checkout and management easy. Fast and polite tech support too.

Used for years!

I automated my first library 23 years ago using Alexandria and have continued to update and use this great program. Other companies have tried to get us to switch but after trials we still end up back with Companion and Alexandria. Oh and if you do need customer support, which is rare, they are amazing.

This library software is easy to maneuver and the reports are very easy to access.

I have had no problems with this software - I can call the company anytime and they are wonderful at walking me through any procedures that I am unsure about.

Love

I have only had Alexandria for a few months, but I love it. Previously I used ResourceMate3.0, which was outdated and difficult to use. Alexandria is quite different! Everything is easy and user friendly. I do wish that They had the option of putting the reading level of a book in the file though. I'm excited to use this software for years to come in my school library.

Quality, Experience, and Dependable

I have used Alexandria for about 15 years. I find that the level of customer service and technology help is the best and would highly recommend this library software to anyone considering updating or switching. Alexandria Library Automation Software

I have been a school librarian for 29 years in the same school district. We started using Alexandria Library Automation Software about 21 years ago. I like it extremely because it is easy to use and even when the program is revamped, it is still easy to understand and remember the new principles involved. When I cannot figure out some reports for myself, the technology assistance department is prompt and courteous as they help. I would recommend this program to any librarian any field.

The software is easy and efficient! I able to load books with efficiency!! The system has helped my youth become more responsible library patrons.

Intuitive and Useful

This is a library system I inherited, and I'm glad I did. Not only is it easy to use for processing and cataloging books, as well as doing inventory and reports, the web features of Researcher are fantastic for students. The "what's new" button and "view shelf" are used constantly by my students. Additionally, customer support is always top notch.

Alexandria Is Excellent

Alexandria is an excellent program. It shows all sorts of reports, manages your library collection in a dependable format, and is a very user friendly program.
