It has been my experience over the past 10 years that Alexandria is a very reliable system. Your tech support folks are super helpful and always wiling to troubleshoot when I have problems. There are so many aspects to Alexandria that even after using it for 10 years I feel I am just scratching the surface of all that it offers.

Great customer service!

Alexandria is an awesome product! The customer service is unsurpassed - no matter what the problem I throw at them, they are able to help me solve it. Uploading my new Marc records have never been easier, and the tools and reports integrated into the software make my job as a LMS easier.

Almost there

We have enjoyed Alexandria in our library. I have used an earlier before in another school! This is a newer version. I wish the things like Reports had remained on the main tool bar instead of hiding it under tools. I still am working on figuring out where some of my less common functions are but I love that when a patron comes to ask about what they have checked out, you can pull up their name and click in the same window "details" and they have an answer to what and when! Thanks Alexandria!

School Library Circulation

I have always been able to use Alexandria with ease. Every once in a while, when I search a book in the catalog, the book does not come up. However, this is an item that I am positive we have in the collection. The search could be improved upon. Overall, I am happy with the product.

The only real issue is how we upload our student information into your system. This may actually not be an issue on your end but on ours. It is a difficult process to download our student information from Powerschool, to upload it into your software. I have not tried to do some things with the upgrade we now have, but in the past, I had issues with getting statistics on student usage. Last school year, I wanted the stats for 2 years on how many books some of my students check out. I did ...

pretty good company

I do like Alexandria but I find that when the company does,"updates" to make things "better" for us,,, it usually isn't. I never know what is changing until I'm trying to do something and It won't do it... I'm not very tech savvy so I have to get a tech person..... I hate that we used to get a books picture when we entered it in computer and now I have to go find it on another site and drag it over. But all in all I do like the way the Alex program works.

Alexandria...user friendly and very supportive

We just upgraded this year to the web version & honestly it has its ups and downs. But I will say Alexandria is working to resolve all our issues. Sometimes it seems the issues aren't corrected as quickly as we would like. They do listen to new ideas on the software and they continue to make improvements on the features. Support is always there to answer your questions and walk you through how to do anything you need. No software is perfect and it is impossible to please everyone 100% but ...

I have been using the Alexandria Library Automation Software for 4 years and have not had any problems with it and it is fairly easy to use.

Alexandria Library Software

I've been using Alexandria Library Software for eight years in my school library. For the most part, is uncomplicated to learn and use. There are so many applications available from this software! I would like to have more training, though, such as tutorials for different applications.

Alexandria is great!

The customer service representatives are very knowledgable and are always available to answer any questions I have. There are reports for everything I need. This library automation software makes my job so much easier.
