"A good solution for the time"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? I was really excited about using Agile CRM. It does the job of sending segmented drip campaigns and emails. Most of the time it works well in this sense, although we could do more with it. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? The system can be unintuitive but once you are used to it this doesn't matter so much. What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We perform all our email marketing through AgileCRM.

What do you like best about Agile CRM? Nice CRM, very easy to use and customise, even for the non sales expert. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? Cannot be cancelled directly online.
