"Potential but not setting my world on fire"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? Cheap so no excuse not to set-up a CRM for your business. Easy to get started loading clients, adding some email templates and improving your sales focus "Bing" when someone opens my emails. Great for follow up call. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? "Power packed CRM for small businesses"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? We used the free version of Agile because we only had 5 users. It did logging, tracking and tasks really well with a neat interface. We also ended up using the email campaigns. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? I think there's too much in the product so they've not been able to go in depth for each feature.
