Critical sales data in one place
PROS: As the owner of a growing business I've been looking for a CRM application that is affordable, user-friendly, without compromising on features. I was relieved to find Agile CRM because it fits all those requirements and has a user interface that is well-designed and sleek. I found out that the dashboard could be customized simply and how effectively it brings together the information and data that you will need for your business to succeed.

Great integration with key systems
PROS: Contact activity tracking, marketing automation, and CRM are all features that are integrated in this platform. While I haven't used the service desk activities features, I like that they even have it at all. I appreciated the contact timeline and how it shows me the timeline of a contact's activities. Very reliable and secure
PROS: I don't think there's another self-hosted and open source CRM out there that is as customizable, reliable, fast, and secure as Agile CRM. I really like how many functions it has, ranging from billing, project management, to contact management, which I think were all made possible by its open source nature.
