"CRM with lots of shortfalls and more headache than its worth "
What do you like best about Agile CRM? It is very easy to set up - if you need a bare-bones CRM this would work for you. It is relatively easy to upload new lead lists What do you dislike about Agile CRM? None of the reports are clickable, this is one of the most frustrating things. If you are looking at a report of deals for the day you can not click into the report to see each deal, you only see the number of deals by each rep not who it was or how much the deal was sold for.
