Intuitive and great support
AgileCRM is complete, but it is easy to start with. Easy to edit, easy to import and quite intuitive. I have not used the automation features, but capturing mail from a WP-site with their forms is straightforward. I appreciate how well they integrate with my email; all contacts have an email summary fetched from my account. The support is really super. They answer quickly and solve whatever problem there is.
