Intuitive and great support

AgileCRM is complete, but it is easy to start with. Easy to edit, easy to import and quite intuitive. I have not used the automation features, but capturing mail from a WP-site with their forms is straightforward. I appreciate how well they integrate with my email; all contacts have an email summary fetched from my account. The support is really super. They answer quickly and solve whatever problem there is. Very good option for startups that want…

A very good option for startups that want to try something for free. The free plan comes with advanced features such as automation, landing pages, web rules, etc.. I highly recommend it. Their support team is quite robust and supportive.

Agile is unassuming yet powerful. The range of features is nothing short of amazing all at a very reasonable price. I have received excellent support for all my questions. A special nod to Prakash, who seems to respond to my emails even late at night. Kudos to the Agile team. A great product at a great price.

Might be the best customer support I've ever dealt with! Chris, the guy who was helping me, was very quick and knowledgeable. He emailed me back to my initial request within 3 minutes, jumped on a video call with me and quickly walked me through solving the issue I had.Thank you!
