the support is very quick and helpful

the support is very quick and helpful. I have had some issues that are generally inexplicable, and I feel like support can quickly help me find a solution.I have had two times where my support person has said "give me a moment" and then just disappeared forever...but I have been able to get reconnected with someone else and always had a solution for the problem.

Excellent Online chat services (EVEN for a trial)

Ronnie, (the live chat agent) was responsive and helpful and I didn't have to have tons of messagings around with pleasantries etc. Answered my questions and got me the info I needed (while I was also working) so I can get on with my day. Super fast- service. AND i'm still on a trial! There was no hassling with trying to get me to subscribe WHAT?!?! Thanks Agile for knowing most of us don't want to be haggling with subscription info while we're on chat.

Probably the most proactive customer service and support I have ever received!

I have subscribed for a two year subscription and it has been important that to maximise the benefits of the system I understand how it works properly. The customer service has been excellent. Simple queries have been resolved over live chat so I can get on with what I am trying to do. The online on-boarding sessions have been brilliant at allowing me to make the most of all features.
