"Agile has worked fine for us."

What do you like best about Agile CRM? Agile has been easy to use and has an acceptable learning curve. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? The program is still being developed, and you have to get used to the bugs and workarounds. What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Agile to manage our campaigns. The lower price point has enabled our small business to have mass mailings.

"I use AgileCRM every day and recommend it to clients and friends"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? I like the Free Edition with 10 users and 1 Campaign as a no-barrier entry point. I like the user interface and especially the Tagging feature. AgileCRM continues to add really useful features without jacking up the price. The Support Module is basic, but perfect for my client needs. "Agile is the best solution for us as a small yet growing business"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? Simplicity of the design and the ease of setup and use. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? Having to look at another CRM package because Agile can not take our monthly payments by DEBIT card.... Agile only take payments by CREDIT CARD or ADVANCED (According to help/chat) What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Developing a CRM solution for a client that wanted scalability and functions supported by a robust API.
