What do you like best about Agile CRM? The integrated ticketing system in the support option works really well. Love that i can forward my e-mails to become a ticket that my team can handle. What do you like best about Agile CRM? Having used many other CRMs in the past, I believe that AgileCRM found the formula to make it simple while covering the main functionalities that you would need in a CRM.
