What do you like best about Agile CRM? Easy team to work with. Nice robust system with features growing all the time. The support team replies back in very reasonable periods of time. What do you like best about Agile CRM? The concept is great - blending CRM with Marketing Automation. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? The system is riddled with bugs and poor design choices. I just counted how many support requests I have raised in the past 6 months - it's just shy of 100!
