What do you like best about Agile CRM? A good competent CRM with very some exciting marketing automation features. Easy pipeline management, quick and easy to send a simple email to a whole list or segment (by tags) Massive range of Email marketing features. Fairly cheap to start with. What do you like best about Agile CRM? I like its easy to use interface and all the features. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? Can't stop the campaign or email sending once it's started. What do you like best about Agile CRM? I spent a lot of time searching for a good marketing automation tool. The majority of tools I came across were either very expensive or didn't have all the funcionality I needed. I loved Agile because, besides being affordable, I can manage everything from there: from e-mail automation to lead managament to landing pages. I like the interface and the user experience. What do you like best about Agile CRM? Easibility of use within the dashboard and platfoem What do you dislike about Agile CRM? I wish there was a way to do two way texting available, also a way to schedule campaigns to run Monday through Friday, not on the weekends. Also I wish you could run daily campaigns at a set time everyday as an option instead of with a filter etc What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Agile CRM? With Agile, I can now maintain my contacts in a centralized address book, send messages and track all my emails sent to individuals. It is user-friendly, self-explanatory and has great setup. It easily integrates with other programs, especially my email and other marketing tools. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? "Agile CRM is fantastic"
What do you like best about Agile CRM? Agile is very nice and has great setup. It is easy to integrate with other programs and works very well for auto mail, contact info I would easily recommend agile CRM for smaller businesses and those just starting out in business, they have great support team how are very willing to help with anything and quick to reply. What do you like best about Agile CRM? Simple Setup, quick learning curve. Great marketing automation tool What do you dislike about Agile CRM? I was hoping Social feed ran a bit like Hootsuite allowing me to manage more than the twitter feed. "Buggy and bad support"
What do you like best about Agile CRM? The look and feel of GUI and the number of different features. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? The GMail gadget stopped working, the import of the deals/opportunities didn't work correctly and after days and days of support and endless "Thank you for your continued patience" the problem wasn't resolved.
