Before you have enough revenue you can use Agile CRM as a full fledged CRM system without running into major hurdles. "Keeping track is nice and easy"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? I'm enjoying learning all the automated functions for creating a behaviour-based campaign. I'm finding new applications which are not found in other CRM platforms such as Pop-Ups, Online Calendars, A/B testing in a campaign, etc. And that's only what I've discovered to date. What do you like best about Agile CRM? The UX. It's icon based and easy on the eyes. When you're busy, this is key. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? The calendar. It's in 24 hour time. Unacceptable.
