Before you have enough revenue you can use Agile CRM as a full fledged CRM system without running into major hurdles. We looked at SalesForce's product, which is similar, and it was going to cost thousands of dollars and a 3rd party to set it up. That was overwhelming. This is much easier to get up and running.
