What do you like best about Agile CRM? The complete integration of tools makes life very easy. It's a "next generation" CRM package that outpaces the likes of MS Dynamics, Salesforce and others. What do you like best about Agile CRM? Overall it is easy to use and at the lowest level it is affordable for small businesses. The ability to reserve 30 minute blocks of time one-on-one with the support staff has been very helpful. The triggers and tags are easy to understand.
