What do you like best about Agile CRM? Really impressed with the level of functionality for the price. The drag and drop for creating campaigns makes creation and management really easy. I looked at several other platforms taht are targeted for SMEs and they are all way more expesive. I've found the chat support to be really helpful and knowledgeable when I get stuck. What do you like best about Agile CRM? affordable and easy to use. Agile offers our small business what it needs. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? I wish the tag loaded faster, and I didn't have to refresh so frequently to have the dropdown options for tags work. Also frustrating that if I manually type a tag that it doesn't apply the tag, I have to actually only type part of the tag name, and then wait for the dropdown to function properly (ex: not, not appear) and then select the tag. ...

What do you like best about Agile CRM? The marketing automation tool is great,. Also you can easily integrate with another tools. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? I will prefer to have an integration for newsletter tools, like mailchimp, instead of have to create a campaing for each newsletter, since you have a limit of 5 campaings in the lower packages. "Great way to manage leads"
What do you like best about Agile CRM? I love how visual everything is. I can see what leads to follow up and score them so that we can rate good quality leads, and also make sure we don't focus to heavily on the weaker ones. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? None. What do you like best about Agile CRM? This is the only free CRM that I have found that functions like a fully-paid and fully-featured package. I like how the base CRM features are pretty much unlocked, and there is enough freedom to try out the additional features, without ever feeling like I need to risk money just to figure out if I need the intergrations. What do you like best about Agile CRM? To be able to segregate the database and compile call lists using TAGS has been the biggest benefit along with the integration of the soft phone auto dialling. We have had our ups and down but help is only an email or call away and our problems have been dealt with efficiently. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? Not much at the moment.
