What do you like best? The software is not complex and I consider it to be user friendly in most cases. The reporting is pretty simple to use. I like that I am able to export and import data easily. The software is used to maintain leave benefit accruals which is a big help. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We have employees in multiple states and use ADP's tax service. They take care of all the different filings in each state. It's a huge relief. I've been using ADP for 7+ years and they have continued to improve the Workforce NOW user experience.
