What do you like best? We have employees in multiple states and use ADP's tax service. They take care of all the different filings in each state. It's a huge relief. I've been using ADP for 7+ years and they have continued to improve the Workforce NOW user experience. What do you like best? The ease of use on this program is second to none. As soon as you log in for the first time, the interface allows you to fully access whatever you need. When the dashboard does not glitch, getting work done is a breeze! What do you dislike? Sometimes the dashboard glitches, which can cause some issues when trying to get work done.
