I like that you can cover every area of HR with them, from applicant/requisitions tracking, to hiring, onboarding, pto, performance appraisals, benefits, terminations, you can pretty much do it all in one system which is very nice instead of having to be working on multiple systems and worrying about the syncing. I think it's a pretty useful and easy to use software. What do you like best? Used it is very easy and intuitive. you have access to a lot of options, you can access to holidays request, old pay slips... What do you dislike? There is a small lack of possibilities to add comment. The visibility is not really good between the employee and the Pay Service. What do you like best? I like that it allows you to have everything you need in one system. You don't have to keep the same information on different software. Also, it really helps that its super user friendly! I absolutely love the new On boarding and I9 feature that can be integrated with this software. It makes the on boarding process a lot smoother. What do you like best? The integration with time cards and the ability to quickly access other components like iReports, SmartCompliance, service connect, etc. What do you dislike? The way updates are rolled out to the field, it is not clear at all.
