The worst service ever. Call center agents dont know what they are talking about. I have suffered significant loss due this service. Never USE!

This company is a total scam. I closed my business at the end of 2018 and requested cancellation of my services with them in January or 2019. ADP still bills me for services that I have not used in almost a year. Employees cant change their login info…

Employees cant change their login info on their own. So every week expect to be bombarded with a line of employees that need their password changed because they cant change their passwords on their own to get their online pay stub.Also be aware that if you leave ADP...24hrs after your service ends...YOU HAVE NO ACCESS TO ANY PAST RECORDS. What do you like best? Able to access from any computer with my login information. What do you dislike? The site takes forever to load, viewing time off and requesting time off could be a lot easier. User friendly

What do you like best? Easy to use, easy to access side bar of tabs, easy to find information. Fast response when punching in and out What do you dislike? Doesn't show hourly pay rate. Adp card holder services provides the worst service with the worst fees ever

My company offers this card if an employee doesn't bank ..I CALLED REGARDING FUNDS AND TO SPEAK WITH REPRESENTATIVE DURING THE CALL I RECIEVED A TEXT MY CARD WAS LOCKED AND I WAS HUNG UP ON...I IMMEDIATELY CALLED BACK AND A LADY STARTED SOLICITING ME A NEW CARD WITH AN OVERNIGHT FEE OF $75 DOLLARS THIS IS THE WORST CARD COMPANY EVER ..AND DONT SEEM TO BE BASED IN THE U.S. ALTHOUGH I COULD BE WRONG ...THERE IS NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER!!

I requested the paperwork from ADP in order to complete it while in the hospital and was told over the phone I would get it emailed to me within 48-72 hours (and yes, I do have phone records.
