Paychecks Not Delivered on Time. Our recent payroll checks (real checks were not delivered as reported by the delivery company, Deliver It. Deliver It states they put the package in our mail slot, but it was no where to be found. Friday afternoon I talked to ADP's customer support to have our payroll resubmitted and delivered on Saturday. This morning, Saturday, I called Deliver It to determine when our payroll would arrive. I waited over an hour to speak with a…

I waited over an hour to speak with a representative regarding login issues, which is ridiculous! This is happening all the time. Having to wait 45mins to 1 hour is unacceptable. I'm going to sum it up, ADP is horrible!! And I NEVER got my issue resolved.

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. Their online portal is confusing and very non-intuitive. You can spend hours on the phone when you have an issue and it still doesn't get resolved and the next call you make you start the process all over again. I would DEFINITELY not recommend or use them again.

Payroll With ADP Vantage HCM

What do you like best? Everything is user friendly, which makes it easy to navigate throughout different tabs to find employee information. What do you dislike? Employee tax lookup tool, which is supposed to recommend local tax codes from certain criteria rarely works. We have worked with ADP on multiple occasions to try and correct but have not found a permanent solution. This company has zero customer service

This company has zero customer service. If you have a question or problem, they send you a link and tell you to figure it out. What a nightmare!! Never again... I am still waiting for them to file my 2nd quarter State taxes (unemployment tax. At this point they are late and I will have to pay the late fee....

There is people waiting on their pay check for 3 weeks now.. this company has a major problem and needs to be fixed. What are you doing to the paychecks? People are not able to pay their Bill's because of this company. I think you should reimburse these ppl for being negative into their account because you cant send out the checks right.

Very good program, but needs some work!

What do you like best? I really like the new design, it's very user-friendly. The dashboard is a helpful place to navigate from. I also like the layout of my personal profile and the org chart to see how we are all connected within the agency. What do you dislike? I dislike that the math when approving team time cards is wrong if a staff member doesn't take a break within the designated time slots. What do you like best? I love employee self service. Employee can make changes themselves. We are able to control data input by approval paths data bridges allows me to input/export data to other vendors What do you dislike?
