Error messages all the time!

Literally every other time I try to access my account I get "We apologize. There is a problem. Please try again later." So frustrating. Hire some new IT folks!

They save you a lot of time and money on payroll processing!

Can’t say enough about how much time and money they save you. I knew I could trust them because I used to work at a multi million dollar company that uses ADP instead of in-house staff. I’m a small business owner and they take a huge burden off your back for employee Payroll processing. Just plug in your employee hours and they take care of the rest. Highly recommend for employee payroll. Should cost you about $60/month for processing around 5 employees with their lifetime 50% Off discount.

Horrific; if you own a company find someone else

Horrific; this "company" handles our HR department and payroll; its been 6 weeks since my timecard has even been looked at let alone paid out. I'm missing nearly 6,736 in back pay due to the incompetency and the companies inability to handle volume properly.I had to take a loan out just to pay my bills because of this mess and i dont think it will get fixed.Please if you own a business DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

The company accepted a forged signature and they have no security options to prevent that issue at all.

The company accepted my signature being forged after two years of loyalty from me. When I called the company last week they said they could not help me with the forgery itself but offered to suspend my card and reissue one for free. I was told it would arrive the 19th of December. 5 stars unless something goes wrong and you actually need them to fix it. When our business opened, somehow the partial power of attorney form was not filled out. This meant that ADP did not/could not file any of our payroll taxes with the state. The first we found out was letters from state agencies that we were delinquent. We were using Justworks.com. ADP offered time keeping and other services for less & 3 months free. However, insurance premiums are higher and they separate services, so they charge more and cost more.

The iPhone app and payroll are easy to run and use. On the negative, ADP faile to make a deduction for an employee advance repayment. The employee quit after that pay and as a result I am holding the bag on two weeks pay. Other than offering to provide me with a demand letter I could send to my employee requesting he pay me, they denied all responsibility. ADP must be one of the worst companies in the world to deal with. The product makes running a payroll overly complicated, it's at least 15 years out of date, it's extremely expensive compared to it's rivals, there are frequent service outages and if you've got an urgent problem take a ticket and wait two or three days for a response.
