Why such polar opposites of customer service reviews?

My employer recently changed to ADP I haven’t had any problems with their App and so far I’ve gotten my money on time, the only trouble I have is the login issues every time I try to login it tells me I have the wrong password. I only use one case sensitive password for every site I visit, I even use show password when I enter my password and type slow. The worst company ever

The worst company ever. They have no customer service, it only takes 45 minutes on hold to get in touch with them and they have no email support. For what you pay, find anyone else. We are going with Heartland payroll. But find anyone else.

Waste of my time

Can’t even log on. I entered my password. App told me that wasn’t my password so I reset it (a long process) and then it just told me my account had been blocked. Why?Deeply unhelpful.

I work for a company who uses ADP and I get paid on Friday's. On Wednesday January 15, 2020 I was told through telephone that ADP closed my account without my knowledge. Payroll then sent my paycheck to them and it was deposited in the supposed closed account that Friday. I call ADP and they tell me many different stories about my supposed ''closed'' account and that they would take the money out of the account and mail a check after 20 or so phone calls. I'm impressed for how bad it is!!

I'm impressed for how bad it is!!! It doesn't even work... I had higher standard in process coding in high school, so I really don't understand how it arrived in the market.It's the most useless program I have ever used!! it NEVER works!!! I log in for: a credit card advertisement or to write them reviews; 85% of the time nothing else is available! Please Don't Use!

Please, whatever you do, do not use ADP. They have cost my organization thousands of dollars in negligent acts. Whenever you need help and dial customer services, you will be passed between multiple associates and be on the phone for hours.

i have been trying to close my account…

i have been trying to close my account with ADP for almost a month now but no success so far . their customer service is ZERO .i call about twice a day to close my account and i am ending up with wasting two hours of my time each day they keep you on the phone for almost an hour just to receive a reply plus they will keep transfering you from one to another rep to solve your problem and by the end of the call you will end up your problem not solved . i don't think the employees of ADP knows ...

No help at all with trying to transfer my money over hours both on the phone and on their website. They basically wasted my time and still refused to give me my money. I have never been compelled to leave a negative review of a company until today.
