Poor Systems, and customer service

Moving to ADP Small Business Payroll Processing was the single most biggest mistake. Their sales rep, Anthony Cassisa confirmed the prices and set us up. Everything was lie from the prices to their system - their online system does not work. No manager was available to take my call or address our concerns. Good features, but the more access you have the slower it loads.

What do you like best? The layout of employee information in personal info. What do you dislike? How long it takes to load everything each time you use it. Also access is too all or nothing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I cannot give access to employee information and learning management without giving access to pay information.

Terrible

Terrible! I lost my COBRA because their information was not accurate. Now Aetna has requested refunds from any medical practitioners I saw and billed me for the difference. The DOL told me they didn't think there was much they could do as they only go by ADP's records. ADP has cost me almost $10000.00. ADP tells you one thing and does another. LIARS!

When I login it goes to the change…

When I login it goes to the change password screen and does not let me enter a new password. No error, it just does nothing. I have tried resetting it and the exact same screen comes up for me to change the password and I cannot. Very frustrating.

i gave them one star because 0 wasn't an option. This is the worst support I've ever experienced in my life. I'm a systems engineer - as part of my job, I sit on lots of support calls. This is the worst ever. It's impossible to get a person on the phone, the menu system hangs up on you w/out an opportunity to go back in the menu. My issue is still unresolved. This software is truly appalling, it is extremely rare for the system to acknowledge correct credentials, something that not only I experience but most of my colleagues as wellWhen you can access the system the interface is more obstructive than helpful - it looks like it hasn't been redesigned since it was ported from DOSits the year 2020 - why can't i maximise the payslip view ?

I went on a quest to switch running payroll from quickbooks to ADP. Biggest mistake EVER!!! Once you begin to inquire about the company, they will blow up your phone and email to get you onboard. Horrible password management system

Once you are logged in, the service is pretty good.Getting logged in is the MAJOR issue.I have been locked out of my account MULTIPLE time per year, and getting the account password reset is not easy, it will take a while.After a couple times of this happening, I started a log book with time/date of the lockouts, and after getting back in I would write down the password so as to be sure to not get lockout again, this does absolutely nothing to prevent getting locked out.the current issue I ...
