Customer Service has declined…

Customer Service has declined significantly in the last year. We have been trying to resolve a tax filing issue for 5 months. Still without MY money

I don't know where to begin, I have had the worst experience with the card Svc. They all are liars and never come up with a solution for your problem. They just wanna get you off the phone. Even the supervisor, she had no emphathy for what I was going through. She was just going through the motions of her sup call, never offered any type of other options or compensation for my troubles. Not just user-friendly, it's also compliance-reliable

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how accurate and user-friendly the payroll process is. I also appreciate how helpful their customer support team is. Compliance is also easier to accomplish since ADP Vantage HCM is good at keeping users updated on any new state and federal regulations. A user-friendly tool that helps out with processing

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The processing of payrolls and timecards has never been easier thanks to this program. All of them are linked to ADP, so I no longer have to create external files that I have to upload to two different systems. Great HR Software, not for Payroll

What do you like best? While this is a great software it might not be ideal for very complicated companies like ours. Vantage is an all in one suite that has all of the pieces linked together and for that reason it's one of Vantage's standout qualities. It does have a test site which is a nice option but it does require frequent updating which is something that is not discussed a lot. The HR side is wonderful and is very user friendly. If you’re a business owner and are…

If you’re a business owner and are considering ADPs plan with an ADP Human Resources rep. don’t buy it. They don’t do their job as Human Resources. We are currently facing issues with health insurance changes that should’ve been resolved by now. We may have to get the Department of Labor involved at this point. Save yourself the headache and don’t get that plan.

I have had the worst customer service…

I have had the worst customer service experience with this company ever - I have spoken with them 2x in the past 2 weeks and the little man that is supposed to be a supervisor argues the fact that " they are illegally deducting to much wage per paycheck" when I asked to speak with his supervisor he declined me that service.

It may be cheap but ADP is the worst…

It may be cheap but ADP is the worst thing to happen to any company.They have a 100 departments and the call gets transferred to different departments every single time. Please go with anyone but ADP. It slows your day to day work by a huge percentage because everything freezes on the system. even for a small question or issue i was on call for 30 min and spoke to 4 people. this is just to change the name of a job posting which their system wont allow you to do by yourself.

They took something simple and complicated it

My company started using ADP for our wage slips. I shouldn't have so much hassle trying to view something as simple as a wage slip, I just end up with a grey blank screen on the website, After searching Google people are on about updating stuff etc (Which I cannot do on my works computer because of restrictions)Why has something as simple as being handed a paper wage slip once a month become so complicated?
