Hideous..... stay away at all costs!
Words cannot express how bad this is from the software itself, the implementation, the so called training and the ongoing 'support'. I'm astounded they are still in business. I know it's never helpful when a review is vague but I haven't the time or space to explain the things I have experienced in the last 14 months, the majority of which, is actually unexplainable. The implementation has been terrible
The implementation has been terrible, but the customer service is the worst! To have this bad of customer service when the product is not even fully installed doesn't give me much hope for the future... A lot of excuses but no solutions.

REALLY BAD SERVICE
I have never had anxieties over paying my staff until i moved because of STP. I get "sorry" all the time but no one is taking responsibilities. Its "REALLY BAD SERVICE" and we are dealing with India so time to send and receive and confirm reports is an absolute JOKE

Bad payroll company
We are a small company with 10 employees & switched to ADP June 2019. It has been problems since day 1, unpaid taxes, unauthorized bank deductions for several “amendments”. The only explanation you ever get is “ your account has been debited or credited due to a tax error/adjustment”. They do not, cannot seem to tell you who the error was on or any information to back into the amounts. Use a different system.
The number of issues that I have with my ADP Login is phenomenal. Their iphone app simply doesn't work, crashes, fails logins with face id and then insists that our administrator resets the password. Why not let us reset our own password like every other login system? the password reset screens pick and choose when they will accept a new password regardless of wether or not the password was suitable. I spend more time resetting passwords with this company than I do checking my payslips.
