I'm a small business owner and have been using ADP for 7 years. We have been working with ADP for 3 (THREE) months on revising three W2's for the company. ADP keeps starting over and submitting things to the IRS that are incorrect BEFORE allowing us to make sure they are correct. Superannuation correction issues.

I'm having serious trouble getting any relevant response regarding a 7 month old issue of Superannuation that wasn't paid. Can't get any sense out of them and they won't do anything themselves, just keep telling me things to do, that don't work.General running goes OK but now it is peopleless it is very hard to navigate any bumps.

ADP retirement 401k fraud

Several months ago before COVID, ADP retirement services hounded us to sign up and when we did they told us the fee would be about 400$ per month. well a couple of months later COVID hit and we had to layoff most of our employees and there was no one left on the plan eligibility and ADP could no longer legally take the contributions. but instead of stopping and letting us know they started taking the contributions and then refunding them so that the plan stays live and they collect their ...

Only works with Internet Explorer.

The company that I work for use ADP for payroll. Everytime I need to retrieve something like a payslip, I need to write off hours of my day. Firstly, the software only works with internet explorer (seriously!). Secondly, there is almost alway an issue at log in. Not a username/password issue, but rather something more serious like "server error". This Company by far is the worst…

This Company by far is the worst payroll company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had to call almost daily in a 2 week timeframe and have spoken to 8 different agents including Supervisors. All have told me several different things and some untruths. I have spoken with Very Very rude individuals who even raises their voices at customers/employees. Do not use this company

The app is terrible it asked me to change my password so I did then tried to log in with my new password for it to lock me out. As it didn’t recognise my new password. This is not the first time this has happened. Why don’t you have a second email address recovery system as it’s hard to use email at work as I don’t always have access to my work email account

We signed up with ADP on February 2020 and they filed our tax form incorrectly! I tried to explain and fix the issue with them but there is no action from their sides. I spoke with 5-6 different reps and they were saying different things. Last rep told me he will take care of my issue and sent a expedited request but amendment team is unresponsive.
