Horrible for small businesses

During this uncertain time , I would think adp would be more helpful . They are really not interested in small businesses . I’ve gone to a smaller company where you can actually talk to some one or email them and get an answer within the day . Not helpful and condescending .

I was having an issue with a pending…

I was having an issue with a pending deposit that ADP contacted me about and when I responded with the proper documents, I hadn't heard back from them in a few days so I called to check in to make sure there weren't still any issues and they were very accusatory that somehow the delay was my fault (when come to find out the lady who emailed me had not given me all of the information I needed)

Terrible sales tactics

I reached out to ADP to inquire about their services but chose to go with another company instead. Not wanting to get stuck justifying this decision to a pushy sales rep I did not say anything and ignored their followup emails, which generally works with every other company. However, since then I've been repeatedly emailed, called, texted, and generally harassed to sign up for their services. Log in

Log in, a complete nightmare!!!Says it doesn't recognise log in details and password even though I have saved them a couple of times!! Have also then written them down so not to have this issue. Logged in today and straight away it disabled the account. Forever having to change passwords!!!These log in issues always seem to be an issue for our payroll department. Never takes responsibility for any issue. AVOID, give me a paper wage slip any time!!!

Payroll company that can’t add! They will cost you thousands

Speaking to a representative is almost impossible. You would think that for a payroll company they could do something as simple as withhold taxes, but this payroll company simply cannot add. They will cost your employees thousands in taxes by not withholding the correct amount. By far the worst company in my 26 years of employment I’ve been affiliated with. Save your money to pay back taxes if you’re dealing with them!!

I sold my business and was trying to find a trust worthy accountant but because so many accountants do not like doing payroll they referred us to ADP. I trusted the accountant so I gave them a call. We have been working with Ryan from ADP for 7 days now setting up payroll. We were told by Ryan that we were good to go and the employees would be paid at midnight last night. Can't get information for company login

Been with ADP since before internet was a big thing. Been phoning in payroll since day 1, since we are a very small company. Now I need reports to file for PPP program and they are only available online. I DO NOT HAVE CREDENTIALS TO LOG IN TO ADP'S WEBSITE. I have called many times to try to get a temporary login, but it seems nobody knows how to do it - if they can even find us in the system. Great overall product for handling many aspects of HR. Really helped our clients.

What do you like best? The ability to have recruiting, talent management, time management, payroll and employee on-boarding all in one place. Ease of access. Implementation seemed quick and easy. our implementation specialist were able to assist with any issues and kinks that needed to be worked out. What do you dislike?
