Ive started a new job

Ive started a new job. And i have worked there for 3 weeks, and ive not seen one penny of my money earned. The “service” sucks. Why have a customer service department when they cant do anything? I called them when i tried to activate my card. And they tell me they cant do anything. Like are u serious? I have no idea where to start

I have no idea where to start. I never write reviews. I had ADP for 3 years, riddled with errors throughout all 3 years from late tax payments to missing money; no one can show me what happened to money or follow the trail. It bothers me I can't speak with the department myself and that I have to rely on some rep to tell me what "they" said. Nothing good to say. Prepared to waste your precious time being on hold and being transferred to dozens of people. I've been with ADP for 5 months and I've experienced operators who cannot resolve payroll date changes, tax returns, change of business numbers, technical problems on the app, website, login, whatever it is - they can't do it. Easy payroll management and documentation

What do you like best? I love that this tracks our payroll and gives our employees access to their paystubs, yearly statements and tax documents all in one single source of truth. ADP for manage tax and payroll

What do you like best? 1. The dashboard to get access to everything necessary at hand. 2. Able to get the bill receipts or salary slip at any hour. 3. This company's web site is the biggest piece of SH#T I have ever seen. I am only able to log in once before having to have my administrator get me a password reset. Not too bad when you can get in touch with someone, but absolutely worthless if that person is not around What kind of customer service does this company embrace when they refuse to take a call from an employee? 2 stars because the system is fairly user friendly, otherwise 1 start and if possible, no stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I feel like I have to explain myself 8 different ways for them to understand what I need, there appears to be no communication between departments on what you need/want so there is a constant repeating of that.
