What do you like best? I like that ADP offers a full suite of software and also offers robust reporting. Paperless functionality is seamless & connection files with Benefit providers have been pretty smooth for what I was expecting. What do you dislike? I don't like that the integrations between the systems sometimes leads to HR side not transferring rate changes and terminations into payroll because maybe a department code or SUI code does not match. User-Friendly interface

What do you like best? Interface is easy to use with simple excel style cells and columns. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike. Company may include other deductions as needed for their areas of expertise. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to use ADP for processing payroll. Beneficial to use a format that is consistent with Windows and Microsoft Excel.

Leader in Payroll-Good for companies of all sizes

What do you like best? Viewing paycheck stubs/pto time and printing out pay information is easy with ADP's online web portal. ADP site is very secure which is great because in this day and age, you dont want any of your information compromised. What do you dislike? The registration and password process is not easy. What do you like best? I worked at a small company and was in charge of payroll. My boss was "old school" and preferred that I call in payroll rather than complete on line. I found the people I spoke with to be very helpful and efficient. There were almost no issues/ What do you dislike? Good End-User Experience

What do you like best? As an end user it is a very simple tool to use. Finding my pay stubs is very simple, and adding/removing/modifying my direct deposit options is also very simple. What do you dislike? There is a limit to how many checking & savings accounts you can auto-deposit to.
