This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. I closed my business at the end of 2018 and requested cancellation of my services with them in January or 2019. ADP still bills me for services that I have not used in almost a year. Every time I spoke to someone after noticing the charges in the beginning of this year, I was told that I must not have given the cancellation request to the correct department. Employees cant change their login info…
Employees cant change their login info on their own. So every week expect to be bombarded with a line of employees that need their password changed because they cant change their passwords on their own to get their online pay stub.Also be aware that if you leave ADP...24hrs after your service ends...YOU HAVE NO ACCESS TO ANY PAST RECORDS. What a nightmare
What a nightmare! My associate recommended switching my small business payroll from Paychex to ADP to try and save a little money. Sounded good to me. However, I only found out much later that the ADP account rep who created my account set it up in error, such that my payroll taxes were sent to the State of CA under another businesses account number! In other words, California has no record of my paying payroll taxes since switching my payroll to ADP, because my taxes were sent via another ...

ADP must be one of the worst companies…
ADP must be one of the worst companies in the world to deal with. The product makes running a payroll overly complicated, it's at least 15 years out of date, it's extremely expensive compared to it's rivals, there are frequent service outages and if you've got an urgent problem take a ticket and wait two or three days for a response.
