"Provides enterprise-level service and customization at an enterprise-level price"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics? Adobe Analytics provides an enterprise-level product for tagging and measuring success, with plenty of custom events and variables. Segmentation is easy with the segment builder tool, and Excel integration is the best I've seen for any tool. What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics? As an industry leader, their prices are very high. All the companies I've worked at try to minimize their costs, but they still end up being more than they want them ...

"Offermatica to Omniture to Adobe"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics? Site Catalyst is probably the best dashboard utility I've ever used. Google Analytics, CoreMetrics, Site Spect, all pale in comparison to the suite of Adobe products. What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics? Not sure how I can come up with 40 characters to describe my dislikes. It's been a while since I was the actual user of the product, but the gap in between releases always presented a bit of a challenge for me. Recommendations to others ...

"The right tool for the job, but make sure your blueprint is good. "
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics? The flexibility of the data model: - you can send limited data into the tool, then classify more broadly (SAINT) - you can extract data easily from the tool and blend with other data sources (data warehouse, data extract, etc....) - you can now create data warehouse files in .tde (tableau data format) There's also been conversion variable (eVar) level control, similar to Google Custom Dimensions, since the product came out. If you know what ...

"Best enterprise analytics package but needs work flow improvements"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics? The flexibility of Adobe Analytics is the reason why I think the product is tops in the industry. With the right thought, it's easy to create actionable reports. Other features like Saint classifications and data sources allow you to combine data sets to achieve 360 degree business insights. What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics? The administration front-end is clunky and could be greatly simplified. The reporting front-end, even with recent ...

"Adobe SiteCatalyst "
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics? Flexible data integration Social analytics Mobile App analytics In a nutshell, Adobe SiteCatalyst is a great tool, but it's little expensive than the other tools in the market. The standard tagging is off course easy to set up. But it kind off becomes more complicated with the custom tags, for tracking conversions, flash, or whatever. Then you need help if you do not have the technical resources available. Their customer service has always been ...

"Adobe Analytics Review"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics? I enjoy the ease of use and the insights I can provide using the Adobe Analytics tools. I use Ad-Hoc Analysis (formerly Discover) most frequently - I love how quickly I can set up a table with dimensions, metrics, breakdowns, etc. and run reports within minutes. I also LOVE how I can copy & paste right into Excel from Ad-Hoc Analysis. It makes for very quick data pulls and turn-around time for analyses. Performing the same types of tasks in Site ...

"Solid Tool w Correct Pathways"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics? When set-up with a proper naming system on the back-end, Adobe is easy and provides in depth and easily digestible reports. What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics? The dashboard has gotten more friendly upon login (featuring specific metrics that you can choose), but it still doesn't have the infographic ease of Google Analytics. Recommendations to others considering Adobe Analytics: Whoever maps the pathways in the back end needs to have a ...

"Good analytics platform, can't go wrong with this or Google Analytics Premium"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics? Adobe Analytics is a robust platform with more functions than I know how to use. It's a fully capable analytics platform that will most likely provide the data you need to do your analysis. I really enjoy the Ad Hoc/Discovery interface over the web UI. It's speedy and straight forward to drill down and segment. What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics? I dislike the steep learning curve and complicated implementation. If you have everything set ...

"This product is user-friendly and intuitive, but with a lack of browser combatibility. "
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics? What I like best about Adobe Analytics is the user-friendly nature of the program. I came into a job as an intern. With a small amount of training, I was expected to dive in and pull out useful analytics. I found the interface to be rather intuitive. What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics? I dislike that we used a web-based platform. I ran into browser compatibility issues (namely, Internet Explorer). It was difficult internally to get ...

"Extremely Powerful Analytics Rewards Effort in Setup"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics? The power of integrating with various data sources and tracking individuals makes SiteCatalyst a powerful tool in the digital marketer's toolbox. SiteCatalyst was (and some may say) still is the Cadillac of Web Analytics. Now they are offering Discover as part of the package allowing for some extremely powerful ad hoc analysis. What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics? Setup can be very complex - Adobe professional services (or the third party ...
