What do you like best about Acumatica? Cloud based with and excellent search function. I like that it can be configured to the individual business. What do you dislike about Acumatica? The reporting sysem is complicated. The configurator is difficult to build and implement. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Not being able to delete a transaction once posted. I have an accounting background and understand years ago this was a "no-no" but with today's technology audit trails should be used for correcting deleted transaction in error. I have about 20% more time since we have implented Acumatica.

What do you like best about Acumatica? Acumatica is solid from the standpoint of it just works. We have a few glitches here and there but it is mainly from customizations we have made. What do you dislike about Acumatica? I wish device hub was working. The printing scenario is not good. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?
