"Great beginning experience with Acumatica"

What do you like best about Acumatica? The product is intuitive and the help section has been useful. What do you dislike about Acumatica? I cannot do substantiated billing with Expense Receipts. And time entry doesn't total hours per day. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Better data collection and transparency.

They are always looking for the next best thing for their users, and they really listen to what we need. What do you like best about Acumatica? I like the flexibility of going between entities & easily move between modules. The customizible inquiries are very helpful. What do you dislike about Acumatica? There are some system kinks where it switches between entities & it appears that you're in the correct entity, but it will actually be entering things in the wrong or prior entity. Some of the reports exported from the different modules are helpful visually, but not from a data manipulation ...

What do you like best about Acumatica? Cloud based with and excellent search function. I like that it can be configured to the individual business. What do you dislike about Acumatica? The reporting sysem is complicated. The configurator is difficult to build and implement. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking inventory and detailed reporting.
