"Does everything we need"

What do you like best about Acumatica? The mobile interface, the fact that all employees can use it. What do you dislike about Acumatica? We had a few items during implementation that did not work as we expected. The over -time was a big one - we needed a customization to get it to work. Recommendations to others considering Acumatica: Be sure you have a good VAR that is responsive to your needs What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Acumatica? Acumatica has a few great features that distinguish it from other ERP systems. It provides transactions to be copied and reused with ease. The user interface is cool and pretty intuitive for all users. Import scenarios are a cool feature and it is easy to build generic inquiries. Great product for small and mid businesses. Budget uploads - if I upload data from an excel spreadsheet and if there are duplicate amounts for the same GL, Acumatica does not let me know that 100% of the data was not uploaded or a specific line was overriden. "Great, but not without growing pains"

What do you like best about Acumatica? I like the flexibility of going between entities & easily move between modules. The customizible inquiries are very helpful. What do you dislike about Acumatica? There are some system kinks where it switches between entities & it appears that you're in the correct entity, but it will actually be entering things in the wrong or prior entity. Some of the reports exported from the different modules are helpful visually, but not from a data manipulation ...

What do you like best about Acumatica? Ever year, I am blown away with all of the new features and functionality the Acumatica team brings to the table. They are always looking for the next best thing for their users, and they really listen to what we need. The CRM needs more development to meet the customer service standards of an ecommerce company.
